Beginning Fiddle II for Adults
Using a fun combination of Irish, Scottish, and American fiddle tunes, this course will introduce the concepts of slurs, using your pinkie, more bowing patterns, and will start developing your skills for playing slowly and sweetly and skills for playing quickly and cleanly. You’ll also apply the concepts learned in Beginning Fiddle I to build up your repertoire of fiddle tunes. If you have your own instrument bring it along, otherwise contact the instructor (hopegrietzer1@netzero.com) for information on renting. All other material will be provided by the instructor.
